💼 Salary / Emoluments (TRCA Slabs)
Gramin Dak Sevaks are paid emoluments in the form of Time Related Continuity Allowance (TRCA) with an annual increase of 3%, along with Dearness Allowance (DA) and social security benefits.

🎓 Eligibility Criteria & Qualification
1. Educational Qualification:
- Secondary School Examination (10th standard pass) certificate with passing marks in Mathematics and English from any recognized Board.
- The candidate must have studied the local language of the applied Circle/State at least up to the 10th Standard.
2. Other Essential Requirements:
- Basic Knowledge of Computers.
- Ability to ride a bicycle or two-wheeler bike/scooter.
- Adequate independent means of livelihood.
3. Age Limit (As on Closing Date):

- General / OBC / EWS Male Candidates: ₹100/-
- Exempted Categories: Female, SC, ST, PwBD, and Transwomen applicants are Exempted (NIL Fee).
- Payment Mode: Online via UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards.
⚡ Selection Process & Merit List
Candidates will be shortlisted based on a system-generated merit list calculated from 10th standard aggregate marks up to 4 decimal places. There is no written examination or interview. Grade points (if applicable) will be converted to marks using a 9.5 multiplication factor automatically by the portal.
